Team Culture
Our team consists of counsellors, a family liaison officer, a qualified life coach, qualified pharmacist and a behavioural psychologist. The team utilises a warm, person centred, reflective approach with individuals and a collaborative supportive approach as a team to attain excellent results/outcomes.

We are receptive and flexible to new ideas and change. We work proactively and take initiative to find solutions to challenges facing commissioners, service users and ourselves.
